BE SOMEONE'S HOPE..

My name is Salge Hembrom. I was not able to study further because my parents are no more in this world. Also, my grandmother stayed alone and could not look after the house by herself. We did not have any money and we were very poor and on top of that, we were 4 sisters. Then, I heard from someone that MBD is helping girls to study further and also teaching skills such as tailoring, knitting, etc. So, I joined the classes for three months. And after those three months, I got a job in Tamil Nadu where the monthly salary is Rs. 10,000. I was able to run my house with this money.

My name is Purabi Mandal and I belong to Jharkhand. My father, Parmanand Mandal, is a farmer who earns Rs. 8,000 per month. I completed my graduation in Geography Honors and desired to study further in order to get a good job. However, due to the unfavorable condition of my home, I couldn’t do that. He informed us that its center is in Jamshedpur and they provide training in SMO. Then with the help of Sirish Sir, I joined MBD Alchemie Pvt. Ltd. (center). When I took admission there, I got to know that they provide training not only in SMO (Swing Machine Operator) but also in computer, soft skill, spoken English, and hand embroidery. They also provide food and shelter for free to all the people who have joined the center. I got training for three months in the center. After the completion of training, Sonny Abhishek Sir brought us to Bengaluru in November 2019. There, I joined Shahi Export Pvt Ltd. Unit in the year 2020 and got Rs. 8,000 monthly salary. For the last 2 years, I have been a part of this company and now I get Rs. 10,000 as monthly salary. I even send money to my parents who never thought that I will become so capable one day.

I am Bharti Gope and I am from Chakulia, Jharkhand. My father’s name is Fakir Chand Gope and he is a farmer. Our financial conditions at home were not very good and because of that, I had to leave my studies midway. I could not get any work as I have studied till 4^th class. Then one day my sister called me and told me about MBD Alchemie Center. Once the training is completed, they send people to Bangalore where they help people in getting a job. After hearing this, I immediately got ready to join MBD Center. I trained in the center for three months and after that, I joined a company where I am getting Rs. 9,000 per month. I never thought that I would be able to stand on my feet and even help my parents. All thanks to MBD who helped me to reach where I am today in my life.
